Terms & Privacy

Last Updated: October 24, 2026

This statement covers your use of this website, operated by ITX Insurance Agency, a trade name of InsurTech Express, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Important information about this site

No advice. Nothing on this website is insurance, legal, financial, or tax advice. No statement on this site creates a warranty or changes the terms of any actual insurance policy or annuity contract.

Policy governs; availability varies. Descriptions of insurance products on this site are general summaries only. Product availability varies by state and by insurance carrier. All coverage and benefits are governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the actual policy or contract issued.

Estimates. Income figures shown by our tools are estimates modeled from published carrier quote surveys, shown before tax. They are illustrations only — not a quote, offer, contract, or guarantee of income.

1. Authorization of use

You may view and use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of learning about annuities and requesting information or quotes from us. Any other use — including copying, scraping, or republishing content, or interfering with the site’s operation — requires our prior written permission.

2. No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content, rates, and estimates may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or current.

3. Disclaimer of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, agents, or service providers are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content, including any decision made based on an estimate shown here.

This site links to websites we do not own or control, such as government agencies and published rate sources. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

5. Electronic communications

A message you send us through this site or by email is not considered received until we acknowledge it. Please do not use email or our web forms to send sensitive information — such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, or health details — because these are not secure channels for that kind of information.

6. Security

We protect the information you give us with technical safeguards: the site is served over an encrypted (TLS) connection, so information is protected in transit, and stored estimate and quote-request records are available only through a password-protected administrative page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Privacy statement

What we collect

  • Information you give us in our forms: your name, email address, phone number, and state, plus the details you enter in our tools — such as age, premium amount, payout and guarantee choices, and your answers to our quote-request questions.
  • Basic usage analytics: which pages and tools are used and which of our websites referred you. We record this ourselves; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking networks.

We do not collect or store payment-card information on this website.

How we use it

  • To prepare the quotes you request and respond to your questions.
  • To follow up with you about your request, by the method you chose.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.

Who we share it with

  • Insurance carriers and our brokerage general agency (BGA) partners, as needed to prepare the quotes you request.
  • Service providers that help us run the site — website hosting and email delivery — which process it to provide those services to us.
  • Regulators, courts, or law enforcement where the law requires it.
  • A successor organization in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties for money or for their own marketing purposes.

Text messages

We text you only if you give your phone number and explicitly consent. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate and quote-request records for up to 3 years, then delete them; you may request deletion at any time.

Questions and deletion requests

Email ken@insurtechexpress.com or call 402-740-7356. We’ll respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

  • Necessary: the site does not currently need any cookies to work. If we add one that is strictly needed (for example, to keep a form working), it will fall in this category.
  • Analytics: a first-party cookie that remembers which of our websites referred you, used with our own page and tool counts. It is not shared with advertisers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site’s tools still work without them.

9. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction of your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Some information collected in connection with insurance products is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy law instead (see section 11). To make a request — yourself or through an authorized agent — contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Other state privacy rights

Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Contact us using the details in section 14 to exercise any right available to you; if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

11. GLBA notice

When you seek an insurance product from us, information you provide can be nonpublic personal information (NPI) under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We do not disclose NPI to nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as permitted by law. We share NPI only as needed to provide the service you request — for example, with insurance carriers and our BGA partners to prepare your quotes — or as otherwise permitted or required by law, and we protect it with the safeguards described in section 6.

12. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
